I came here because of a doctor’s diagnosis of hyperthyroidism/Grave’s disease.  I went through the program faithfully and to my utter shock, after a few days of being in the program, I noticed the lump in my neck grow smaller.   In addition to this, I learned to “cook” several raw dishes.   I feel equipped with all the tools I need to bring about a change in my family.  I have discovered that this lifestyle works.   I am no more skeptical.  I am a believer.
